The Duchess of Cambridge, her mother Carole Middleton and sister Pippa Middleton were regular attendees of Wimbledon this year. Their Wimbledon style is incredibly chic without being showy, as their usual style is. The classic and elegant looks are very inspiring, not only to watch tennis but also for the summer months. So here are all three ladies looks!
I saw the Cahier Bag from Prada on Instagram and felt immediately in love!
It is small shoulder bag with a sophisticated boxy silhouette, a flap top, and buckle closure. The hardware has a bronze finish and there is a metal logo lettering on the buckle flap closure (also with a bronze finish). The shoulder strap is removable and adjustable.
It is all made in leather, including the lining. The quality and workmanship are magnificent in this bag. Plus it’s so easy to use! It can go from daily errands to a date night easily! A great purse inspiration!
Kitten heels can be associated with our mothers or even grandmothers, so they have an old-fashioned reputation that scares many people away. There is no need to be afraid! This kind of footwear are comfortable and it has an advantage of working and leisure conditions. When you want to be more elegant, wearing a kitten heel is an uncomplicated way to achieve that.
This type of footwear asks for looks that favor it, that is, productions that show your shoes and do not hide its comfort and beauty. Cropped pants, midi skirt, shorts, pantacourts, are a great idea to create a trendy look.
3 tips help you create great looks with kitten heels:
1- Keep everything else simple
A kitten heel, whether a boot or a pump, is a statement shoe. Let them do the talking by keeping everything else minimal (denim is a safe bet).
2- When in doubt, opt for conservative hemlines
If a mini-skirt paired with kitten heels makes you feel like trapped in an awkward 2000s throwback, add a high-end edge by wearing knee-length or mid-length skirts instead.
3- Don’t be afraid to make a statement
If you’re going to embrace the one of the world’s most polarizing shoe, best go all out and rock a gold metallic style with a baby pink strap, or a Valentino with a destroyed pair of jeans, right? The idea, after all, is to have fun!
Kim Cattrall, Eleanor Tomlinson, and Gillian Anderson lead the best dressed at the 2017 Bafta TV Awards. The ladies brought elegance to the red carpet in London on Sunday, 14th May 2017. Television stars were out in force to celebrate the 2017 TV Baftas – bringing buckets of style to the red carpet.
I must confess, I found this year very hard to choose my favourite looks from the Metropolitan Museum ball, mostly because there was so little to choose from! I know probably none of them are on theme, but it was a difficult theme for celebrities, avant-garde and not conventionally pretty. So I choose the ones I like the most regardless of anything.
Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady arrived in style for the Met Gala in NYC on Monday. Gisele wore a stunning, form-fitting Stella Mccartney grey dress, and Tom cleaned up in a dark velvet suit jacket.Gisele and Tom are co-chairing the annual event with Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour, Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, and Caroline Kennedy. It’s the first time the supermodel and Super Bowl winner have attended the gala since 2014.
I loved how she mixed the metallics – silver gown and gold clutch. This, paired with the cuts on the dress made the whole outfit very current.
The hair was another nice touch. The ponytail (more casual) with the gala dress made the look fresh and sexy in a good way.
Here is a photo of her look she posted on Instagram before the event:
A great pair of shoes can transform an outfit into a look in a matter of seconds! Shoes and bags are statement items, and the same outfit when worn with sandals, would look completely different with a pair of Stan Smiths or a pair of stiletto court shoes.
The way you accessorize an outfit can turn it into a full-on ‘look’, multiplying your wardrobe choices and making the most of your pieces.
This outfit Olivia Palermo wore the other day, for example:
It is a lovely look but, what made it remarkable for me, were the Alexander McQueen Embroidered Slippers! They change the entire vibe ofthe outfit!
It is something good to have in mind, especially for those “I have got nothing to wear” moments!
Pippa Middleton stepped out in a very good casual look in London last week. She was wearing a classic navy blazer, taupe jumper, collard blouse, skinny jeans, taupe suede loafers, Persol sunglasses and an Aspinal of London tote.
Also last week, the Duchess of Cambridge was at her sister house wearing another good casual look: Jonathan Saunders sweater, Zara jeans, Ray-Ban sunglasses and Superga plimsolls. Basic pieces can look very polished when used together, it is all in the styling of the outfit!
